Manoj Bajpayee Criticizes Bollywood for 'Bad Karma' and Talent Ruin
Manoj Bajpayee has spoken out about Bollywood's 'bad karma' and 'bad reputation', claiming the industry has ruined great talents by reducing them to 'nothing on sets'. The actor, promoting his film Gajab Raat, said only 25 per cent of his talent has been exploited so far. He highlighted the issue of stereotyping, which he believes has led to the downfall of many actors. Divya Dutta, co-star in Gajab Raat, also expressed her frustration with the 'supporting actor' tag, calling it a way to limit talent. Both actors believe the rise of OTT platforms has brought positive change, allowing for more nuanced storytelling and recognition of actors' full potential. They hope this shift will continue to reshape the industry.
