CSKShattersRecords! Chennai Super Kings Topple Team India’s T20 High Score
In an electrifying match at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) broke the global T20 record for the highest number of 200+ scores, previously held by Team India. During the IPL 2024's 39th match against the Lucknow Super Giants, CSK, led by a spectacular unbeaten century from Ruturaj Gaikwad (108), posted a daunting total of 210/4.
This achievement not only highlights CSK's formidable batting prowess but also marks their third 200+ score this season alone, having previously scored 206 against both Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians. CSK’s consistent high scoring has now surpassed Team India's record, making them the team with the most 200+ scores in T20 cricket history, a total of 34 times. This record-breaking performance further cements CSK’s legacy as one of the most explosive teams in T20 cricket.
